I have been sitting with this for a while, and it's not easy to say. Starting in mid-May, I'll be taking a step back from teaching dance.

Dance has been such a meaningful part of my life-not just the movement, but the people, the connection, and the moments we've shared together. Being with you all has meant more to me than I can fully put into words.  But right now, life is asking more of me in other places and I've reached a point where I can't give everything the energy and presence it deserves. 

And that's the hardest part-because teaching is something I care deeply about. 

So this isn't a decision mad elightly. It's one made with a lot of thought, a lot of feeling, and a lot of love. 

THis isn't goodbye-just a pause. I truly hope to find my way back when the timing allows.
